Cancellations & Refunds – Workshops
We invest a lot of thought, effort and time into scheduling our fun candy making workshops and therefore we do kindly request to try, as much as reasonably possible, to avoid cancellations.
If you must cancel, we request that you let us know regarding such cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the time of the scheduled workshop for a full refund on your booking.
If notified regarding cancellation less than 24 prior to the scheduled workshop, a refund of 50% will be offered.
If no notification of cancellation is given in this regard, ToMo Candy reserves the right to fully charge client for the scheduled workshop.
In Principal, payment with respect to workshops shall be settled prior to workshop according to number of participants originally scheduled and registered in booking confirmation. If additional participants wish to participate in workshop, payment regarding additional participants may be settled after the workshop.
ToMo Candy shall not be obligated to offer refund to client in the event in which a smaller amount of participants show up than that originally scheduled and registered in booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Refunds – Candies
As our candy is a food product, we are only able to offer a refund on the purchase in the event that the product is defective, damaged or unfit for purpose.
We request that you notify ToMo Candy in writing of any defect or damage to product within 24 hours of purchase or receipt of product by delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Notwithstanding the above, ToMo Candy shall not be deemed responsible in the event in which the product was not consumed within recommended time frame and/or was damaged due to inappropriate storage in which case, unfortunately we will not be able to offer any type of refund.
Kindly note that due to the fact that flavor is a personal and subjective matter, we will not be able to offer any type of refund or compensation in the event in which client is dissatisfied with its choice of flavor.
In the event in which ToMo Candy decides, on its sole discretion, to offer a refund or any other type of compensation, value of such compensation shall not be higher than value of purchase.
