Cancellations & Refunds – Workshops

At Tomo Candy, we want you to be able to plan your event with complete peace of mind.
Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before the event – you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 24–72 hours before the event – a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event – no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds – Candies

As our candy is a food product, we are only able to offer a refund on the purchase in the event that the product is defective, damaged or unfit for purpose.
We request that you notify ToMo Candy in writing of any defect or damage to product within 24 hours of purchase or receipt of product by delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Notwithstanding the above, ToMo Candy shall not be deemed responsible in the event in which the product was not consumed within recommended time frame and/or was damaged due to inappropriate storage in which case, unfortunately we will not be able to offer any type of refund.
Kindly note that due to the fact that flavor is a personal and subjective matter, we will not be able to offer any type of refund or compensation in the event in which client is dissatisfied with its choice of flavor.
In the event in which ToMo Candy decides, on its sole discretion, to offer a refund or any other type of compensation, value of such compensation shall not be higher than value of purchase.
